These terms govern your use of Swapply. By joining the waitlist or using the app, you agree to them. Swapply is in private beta, so some features are still evolving.

What Swapply does

Swapply helps you find and apply to jobs. When you swipe right on a job, you authorize us to tailor your resume, prepare answers, and — where technically possible on public application forms — submit the application on your behalf. Where automatic submission isn't possible, we prepare the application and hand it back for you to complete.

Your responsibilities

  • You confirm that the information in your resume and answers is accurate and yours to use.
  • You're responsible for reviewing your preferences; you control every application by swiping.
  • You agree not to use Swapply for unlawful purposes or to misrepresent your qualifications.

Applications and credits

  • Each application uses one credit. New accounts start with free credits.
  • You are only charged a credit when we confirm a real submission was received. If we can't confirm it — failure, login wall, CAPTCHA, or any handoff — no credit is charged, and any reserved credit is released.
  • Paid credits and subscriptions, where offered, are billed through the App Store and subject to its terms. Auto-renewing options renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime in your App Store settings.

No guarantee of outcomes

Swapply submits applications. We do not and cannot guarantee interviews, offers, or employment. Hiring decisions belong entirely to employers.

Acceptable use

We respect the systems we interact with. We do not bypass login walls or CAPTCHAs, and we honor reasonable requests from job platforms. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to defraud the credit system.

Beta & changes

The service is provided "as is" during beta. We may update features, credits, and these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
