The modern job hunt is a copy-paste tax. The same resume, retyped into the 41st portal. The same five questions, reworded. Most people don't quit because they ran out of jobs — they quit because they ran out of patience. So a wave of tools showed up promising to "auto-apply to 1,000 jobs while you sleep." They blast spray-and-pray garbage into the void, burn your name with every recruiter, and bill you whether or not anything actually landed. That's not automation. That's a slot machine pointed at your career.

A note from the founder
I'm building Swapply alone, from Tel Aviv, because I got tired of watching good people exhaust themselves on the dumbest part of looking for work — and tired of watching "auto-apply" tools make it worse. Swapply is early. It's a private beta, and I'd rather it be small and trustworthy than big and sloppy. I'm not VC-backed, and I'm not pretending to be a 40-person company.
